Jim Duncan - Accoustic & Electric Guitars, Vocals

Jim Duncan “AKA Love Machine” is rumoured to be a distant relation to the world renowned lover, Don Juan. A self proclaimed genius who’s many conquests include bedding various female celebrities and even royalty who cannot be named for legal reasons. Main duties include vocals, guitars and general ambience as well as pouting for the female fanbase. Jim Duncan is no stranger to the music scene in Scotland. An accomplished guitarist and singer song writer, Jim captivates audiences with a distinct sound and style of playing, with lyrics that create a visual imagery to his vast and extremely diverse set. Jim was born in Lanark on the 7th November 1978 and was composing and appearing on stage shortly after. Born into a musical family he composed his first song at the age of two,  a lullaby about a sheep and a cow. This came as no suprise to his parents, as Jim's first words, instead of the usual mum or dad, was to sing the theme tune to Batman. Realising his passion for song at such an early age, Jim was soon to join his mother and father, Margaret and Andrew Duncan on stage at the Upper Clyde Operatic Society, where his musical journey began. At the age of ten Jim picked up  Margarets guitar and started playing. Before long he had his first electric guitar and was playing self composed rock songs in his high school band and never looked back.
